Shipping Policy

Due to COVID-19, you may receive your package a day or two Later than the expected delivery date. 

Packages are only delivered Monday through Friday. Delivery is NOT available on Saturday, Sunday and national holidays due to limitation, even if you selected a weekend or holiday on the calendar. 

Suggestion: if you buy a Product for a special occasion on a certain date, we suggest having the package arrive at least two business days prior to the occasion. Thank you.

 We usually process and ship orders the same business day from Fort Lauderdale, Florida. All orders placed before 3pm during hours of operation (Monday-Friday) will be process the same day. If your order is placed after 3pm, your order will be process and shipped the following business day. We do not ship on weekends and U.S. federal holidays. Orders are shipped via USPS. 

Orders showing delivered.  If you order is delivered to the shipping address verified on your order and you haven't received it for any reason, you must contact USPS or the carrier it was shipped with to have them locate the package. We are not held liable for any package(s) that has been shipped to a verified shipping address that you confirmed on your order. Once a package has left our facility, we have no control over your package. Orders are shipped Priority Mail with adult signature confirmation.  .

  If You Need To Modify Or Cancel Your Order

If you need to modify or cancel your order, you must do so within 2 hours of placing your order. Canceling is free of charge, and a full refund will be issued. You may modify these orders for an additional cost. The cost will be determined based on the change since we work to process and ship your order in a timely manner.  

Once we ship the order, we will send you a tracking number for each individual package so you'll be able to track it and know where your package is at any time.  



Shipping
To return your product, you should contact us first via email at info@vapesxpress.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $35, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

                            

Late Arrival of Packages 

We understand that you buy a Product for special, time-sensitive occasions. We will do our best to deliver your package on the date specified; however, because we use a third party shipping carrier, we cannot guarantee delivery dates. We deeply apologize for the carrier's lateness, but no refund or credit will be issued if a package arrives late.
